Foley's has always been a place geared towards parties and the facilities, menus and policies we provide have been built up to make us the best place for small and large events.
For any party or event of four people or more, we can provide a custom à la carte menu offering, to help speed up service, and if you wish to provide a set number of complimentary drinks to your guests, we can facilitate this through the use of tokens or we can monitor your current drinks bill, and you can let us know when to begin billing your guests.
We typically support three types of party:
Party - If you have a group of between 4 to 10 people, who just want to visit us for drinks and or food, we can provide you with everything you need. We will reserve you a table or tables suitable for your guest numbers and you are free to order anything from our menu card, including from the set (minimum of eight people) or student menu (minimum of ten people).
Event - Intended for guest numbers between 10 - 30 people. For when you have a special event to celebrate such as a wedding, leaving party, landmark anniversary or birthday, we can reserve the upstairs area of our restaurant and set everything up to provide you with a fantastic evening, in the privacy of a special dining area. We can discuss your menu requirements when you book, but we typically provide a special à la carte menu, so that we can deliver the food in a timely manner, and our set and student menus are always available.
Large Event - If you want Foley's to host a larger, fully catered event for you, and anticipate guest numbers between 30 and 100 people, then we would invite you to contact us and we will sit down with you to discuss the needs of your event. With a large party room and spacious terrace area, we are perfectly equipped to host larger parties. Friday and Saturday evenings are typically our most busy days, and so all space is used hosting regular patrons, but outside of these days, we can reserve enough space to ensure a private function of this size is possible.
